Tampa Bay Auburn Club Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament

Tampa Bay Auburn Club will be holding their Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at Westchase Golf Club. 

All proceeds from this tournament help fund our Tampa Bay Auburn Club scholarship fund. For the 2022-2023 academic year we granted a total of $13,176 to our two awardees. Our largest scholarship, the Prentis S. Howard Scholarship, gives one local student the opportunity to attend Auburn University on a full ride. Our organization covers a third of their tuition and Auburn University matches this amount through a second scholarship, as well as generously waiving the

final third of tuition fees. Thanks to successful fundraising by our members and the continued support by our local business community such as yourself, Tampa Bay Auburn Club is proud to announce that to date we have contributed $289,345 towards our scholarships.

We welcome your participation in our event as Golfers and Tee Sign Sponsors. Merchandise and Gift Certificates for our Chance Auction are also needed for this event. Please inquire to a Tampa Bay Auburn Club golf committee member if your business would like to donate any of the above or become either a Signature or Major Sponsor. These types of sponsorships help underwrite the cost of the luncheon or merchandise given to participating golfers. Again, we appreciate your continuing support of our local students by providing them with education assistance to better their future.

Signature Sponsor: $2,000 includes two team entries, four tee signs (exclusive advertising on at least two holes), recognition at the tournament luncheon, and your business recognized on our tournament banner. Signature Sponsors without team entries will cost $1,400. Major Sponsor: $1,000 includes a team entry, two tee signs (exclusive advertising on at least one hole), recognition at the tournament luncheon, and your business recognized on our tournament

banner. If a Major Sponsor does not want to place a team in the tournament, then the cost will be $700.
